BELOVED HUSBAND, CHERISHED FATHER, ADORED GRANDFATHER

Russell C. Edmunds, age 86, of Florham Park, NJ passed away peacefully Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Merry Heart Nursing Home in Succasunna after a short illness. He was born June 11, 1933 in Scranton, PA, moved to Morris Plains, NJ where he spent his childhood, then married his wife Margaret and moved to Florham Park, NJ. Russell served in the United States Army as a medic in the Korean Conflict. He had a successful career as a retail account executive in the food industry.

Russell is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Margaret (Sue). He was a cherished father to his two daughters, Sabrina Edmunds of Florham Park and Sloane DeValve and her husband Kirk of Budd Lake, NJ. He is survived by his grandchildren Ryan Russo, Victoria Nagel and her husband Kevin, Meghan Russo, and Rebecca Green and her husband Douglas. He is also survived by his two brothers Thomas Edmunds and his wife Lee and Rev. Robert Edmunds and his wife Susan. A memorial visitation will be held at the Doyle Funeral Home, 106 Maple Ave., Morristown on Saturday from 2-4 PM with a service at 4PM.
